SMITH LAW also provides unbundled services to homeowners who need help fighting wrongful foreclosures, but cannot afford the costs of retaining counsel for prolonged litigation. Our unbundled services consist of consulting, conducting legal research and drafting legal research memorandums, pleadings, motions, briefs and discovery. Unbundled services are provided on an hourly, flat fee or “fee per project” basis.
